How long will my advertising request take? |

Usually Within 24 hours, If you order on-air packages friday evening, they wont be done untill monday |

What are the setup fee's for? |
|
Setup fee is for the company packages ordering Jingles, the setup fee covers the cost of producing the jingle |

Why is there no on-Air Ads for Gaming clans? |

This is because we have a clash between other supporting communitys, it wouldnt be fair for others who have it installed on servers |

How do i re-new? |

You will get a email 5 days before the advertisment expire date. If you wish to renew then you can do so |

How can i change my banner/jingle? |
|
Banners we can change free of charge, on the other hand jingle we can not, we'd require the setup fee again if you wish to get it changed. |
